6 parts rye (3 oz.)

2 parts sweet vermouth (1 oz.)

Dash Angostura bitters

Maraschino cherry

Combine all ingredients, except cherry, with ice cubes in a mixing glass. Stir well and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
