Bloody Mary
- 4 parts vodka (2 oz.)
- 12 parts tomato juice (6 oz.)
- Fresh lemon juice (1/2 tsp.)
- Worcestershire sauce (1/2 tsp.)
- Horseradish (1/2 tsp.)
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lime wedge
Combine all ingredients, except lime wedge, in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake gently. Strain into chilled highball glass and garnish with lime wedge. Adjust seasonings to taste.
